Anna RiceI have been following Canadian Olympic Badminton with great interest the last few days.  Our own (BC) Anna Rice did a great job in her first match against Eva Lee of the US.  The game was exciting the whole way through.  Anna kept the lead throughout the first game, lost the second game and trailed in the third game right up until the end where she powered past Lee to win

Here’s the lesson I have learned.  Make sure you are well hydrated and well stretched out before you go out on to that court!!
